The India Association of Tallahassee (IATLH) is pleased to announce that India Day / Utsav 2011 will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2011 starting at 2 PM at Lincoln High School Auditorium (3838 Trojan Trail). The event is to celebrate the India's Independence day as well as to showcase the cultural talents of members. We look forward to your participation and to make it a joyous event.

Please use the included form-stack links to register to participate in the events. Coordinators are responsible for registration by Sunday, July 17, 2011. Participants are responsible for registration by Sunday, July 31, 2011. Due to the limitation of program time, only the first 20 items will be accepted. (Please note that we may reach the 20 item limit before July 17, 2011, so don't wait till last minute). Please make sure that your performance is not film based and keep the performance to 5-6 minutes.

In order to make sure that there is maximum participation from the community we would appreciate it if you could limit participation to two events. Participants in the cultural program should be paid members of IATLH (2010 or 2011 membership paid in full)

• Participation is restricted to paid members and their family only
• Participants are restricted to take part in maximum of two items
• Items should be non-filmy type
• There is no restriction in number of participants per item
• Item inclusion is based on first-come first-served basis on form-stack registration
• Due to limitation of program time, maximum of 20 items will be accepted
• Once 20 item limit is reached we will stop accepting more entries even if it means the final dead line has not reached
• IATLH EC reserves the right disallow any inappropriate item
• IATLH EC's decision will be final
• The event is open to public
• The admission is free
